TNT Logistics wins third DaimlerChrysler Gold award

TNT Logistics North America, a leading provider of supply chain services to the automotive industry, has won the DaimlerChrysler Corporation - Auburn Hills Gold Award for the third consecutive year.The coveted Gold Award is presented to manufacturing facilities and service suppliers in recognition of outstanding performance. This achievement places TNT Logistics North America among the highest rated logistics and transportation services suppliers to the Chrysler Group. In addition to the Gold Award, TNT Logistics North America has received the DaimlerChrysler Pentastar in 1990 and 1991 and the Gold Pentastar in 1993 and 1997.
"The highest honor you can receive in our business is recognition from your customer for service excellence," said Jeff Hurley, chief operating officer, TNT Logistics North America. "DaimlerChrysler is a great partner with TNT. My congratulations go to the TNT logisticians who manage services in the DaimlerChrysler supply chain."
TNT Logistics North America has served many of DaimlerChrysler's assembly plants since 1988 and currently provides a variety of network transportation and plant support logistics activities in Auburn Hills, Mich.; Bramalea, Ont.; Chatham, Ont., Portage, Ind.; Southfield, Mich. and Mount Juliet, Tenn.
