2005 has seen an exciting and lively start for TNT Showfreight in the Aerospace sector already taking SBAC Groups to and siting events in Bangalore, Melbourne, Dubai and Paris. The major success story of the year for us so far has been the renewal of the contract with BAE Systems in Warton for their exhibition freight logistics requirements, including the movement of flying aircraft support equipment, plus the Hawk and Typhoon Full Scale Replica aircraft (FSR's). In addition to this we have recently regained the site assembly and dismantling responsibilities for the mock-ups, meaning that we provide BAE Systems with a "one stop shop solution" to their often complicated and time sensitive schedule for the FSR's.
We also continue to develop our relationship with Lockheed Martin in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas, particularly with the cutting edge JSF exhibition display project. Assisting in the move and build of their JSF full Scale Replica and support in a European Roadshow for the JSF Cockpit Simulator during June, an exciting and challenging few months lies ahead for those involved.
