Philip Powell

Managing Director

Entering the event sector with the opening of The NEC in Birmingham, MD Phil Powell has been a central figure in the industry for over 25 years. During his time in the business Phil has successfully lead teams at events in all corners of the world. A past chairman and now Board member of industry body IELA, he has a clear understanding of the dynamics of the business and is respected as a leader in the industry.

He lists his key achievements as:

When away from the business Phil likes to divide his time between his wine cellar and his favourite football team, Birmingham City.
